Declaratie obligatorie pentru transporturile aeriene catre SUA

Toate transporturile aeriene catre SUA trebuie sa fie insotite, conform cerintelor United States Transport Security Administration (TSA), de urmatoarea declaratie semnata de catre expeditorul bunurilor / agentul acestuia:

“(name of customer) has reviewed all available documentation and has determined that none of the cargo being offered in this consignment or consolidation has originated in, transferred from, or transited through and point in Egypt, Somalia, Syria, or Yemen.”
