DOUANE GROUP is an appointed air cargo agent for the following airlines: Delta Airlines, LOT, China Airlines, Qatar Airways, SWISS World Cargo, Turkish Airlines, El Al, Blue Air, British Airways World Cargo, Iberia Cargo, Air Moldova, Air Serbia and Aegean Airlines. We can also provide quotations for transport air cargo and airline American Airlines, Jet Airways, Cargolux, Aerolineas Argentinas, Great Wall Airlines, Air China, China Southern, Eva Air, Kalitta Air, Saudi Airlines Cargo, Singapore Airlines, Centurion Cargo and Air Baltic Cargo.

General rules for air cargo:
- Weight / volume ratio is 1: 6 (cbm 1.00 = kg 166.67)
- Volumetric weight (in kg) is calculated using the formula L x W x H (cm) / 6000
- The weight rate is the higher of actual gross weight and volumetric weight
- The goods are delivered "ready for carriage" to the cargo terminal, packaged and labeled properly.
- Labels will include the name and address of the sender and recipient's name and address
- The Air Waybill is completed by the agent according to shipper’s written instructions
- Air freight transportation is made in accordance with IATA regulations and air transport framework agreement of each airlines
- Liability is limited to DST 17.00 / kg, so we recommend additional cargo insurance "all risk"
Documents required for customs clearance for export:
- Commercial invoice, in at least two copies
- Packing list, in at least two copies
- Shipper’s Registration Certificate
- Shipper’s Fiscal Identification Code
- Shipper’s EORI code
- Purchasing invoice of the goods, invoice or import customs declaration for raw material, if such are purchased and manufactured by the exporter
- Any other documents required for customs clearance (permits, veterinary certificates, phytosanitary certificates, ANCEX export certificate, CNCAN certificate etc.)
- Empowerment for customs clearance on behalf of the customs broker
The documents required for customs clearance for import are:
- Original import bill (invoice)
- Packing list
- Consignee’s Registration Certificate
- Consignee’s Fiscal Identification Code
- Consignee’s EORI code
- Certificate of origin if available
- Any other documents required for customs clearance (permits, veterinary certificates, phytosanitary certificates, ANCEX certificate, CNCAN certificate etc.)
- Bank order for import duties
- Empowerment for customs clearance on behalf of the customs broker
